Kettlebell Workout

Here is a workout I did yesterday.

Warm up – KB swings, 53lb KB,  50 reps x 1 set

KB snatches – 53lb KB, 10 reps x 5 sets  each arm

Double KB clean and press – 53lb KBs, 5 reps x 5 sets

Double KB rack walk – 53lb KBs, 200 ft x 2 sets

Active rest between sets.    walk 30-60 sec, jump rope 30-60 sec, walk 30- 60 sec
