Back At It…Been too long and it shows

Well it has been a while, but the Hardcore Garage is open again. This was our third workout, feels great to get back at it.  The full work out we did is listed below. The mobility drills are from Coach Mike Boyle’s site, he has a great site check it out.

Mobility drills

Superset swings & sledgehammer for warm-up x 2 sets

Kettlebell half get ups 5 reps x 2 sets

Turkish getups 5 reps

100# sandbag getups 6 reps

Dead dumbbell snatches x3 sets

Kettlebell overhead walks

Bulgarian sandbag work

Get Hardcore!
