One Arm Suitcase Deadlift with a Dumbbell

Get yourself a great Hardcore Garage workout with this exercise. You will definitely feel this exercise the next day. Use a relatively heavy dumbbell, I recommend doing 5 reps then switch sides, if you want to do higher reps just keep on switching. If you have an Olympic barbell try it with that, it will definitely be much harder, your hands and forearms will get fried, and it will give you the grip of a man.
