Kettlebell VO2 Max Again

Was sore from yesterday, so I did mobility drills, and some FMS corrective exercises, as my warm-up, and did the 15/15 VO2 max with a 16 Kg kettlebell again, but I went up from 5 min to 7 min. Its definitely an ass kicker. Check out the links above for more explanation. That’s all I got tonight.
